Meet A.L., the friendly face of Alert Lovat, here to remind every resident and visitor to stay safe and stay ALert. When a civic emergency is declared, registered citizens receive immediate notification by telegram, straight to their door or lodging.

Alert Lovat is the city's official emergency notification system, covering structural incidents, public safety threats, LLA advisories, civic service disruptions, and updates during ongoing events. It is the fastest way to receive official information during a crisis, and the only system endorsed by the Mayor's Office, the LPD, and the Lovat Loyalty Authority.

Signing up is free and takes only a few minutes at any Directory Agent booth. You will need to provide a delivery address or telegram contact. Once registered, you will receive:

  • Emergency alerts and evacuation notices
  • Public safety warnings from the LPD and LLA
  • Civic service disruption notices
  • Updates during ongoing incidents

Visitors and short-term lodgers can also register a temporary lodging address for the duration of their stay. Simply provide your current address and intended departure date when registering, and your enrollment will lapse automatically. There is no obligation and no fee.
